That’s right! Tammy did a live cooking demonstration of her Chefs Row recipe, Bottle Gourd Stir-fry. Tammy was selected as 1 of 1o top chefs to share how to use garden-fresh ingredients in recipes at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum this summer. It was such a hit that she returned to the Arboretum on Saturday, August 21 to do a live demonstration on KARE 11 News Saturday with Belinda Jensen.

Hi, Tammy, Lianne and I enjoyed your bottle gourd stir fry so much. That was the favorite dish of the 3 we chose! I had not had bottle gourd for sooooo long. My mother used to cook it a lot when we were growing up in Hawaii. Brought back good memories to be eating bottle gourd again. She called it something else, Japanese name, but I can’t remember.
