Rainbow Chinese Restaurant & Bar will be one of 20 top Twin Cities restaurants participating in Toast & Taste in the Gardens on Thursday, July 29, at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. The event celebrates local, in-season, fresh cuisine, served in sample sizes, along with tastes of local wines and brews.
Local foods community groups such as Slow Food Minnesota, Renewing the Countryside and Edible Twin Cities also are participating in the event.
Food, drink and live music, all in the unparalleled Arboretum gardens, complete the picture. Reservations required: $100 for pre-party patron reception at 6 p.m.; or $75 for general admission from 7 p.m. All proceeds benefit the Arboretum.
